Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
📦 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping, charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 or 9 to 22 business days, based on where live. 
  • Express Shipping: We do not have express delivering right now, but will be added in the future.   

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier volumes outside of our control. Most of the time will come at the same date or earlier. 

🌍 3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
We ship globally to most major international destinations except Africa. 
  • Import Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or local tariffs once a shipment reaches your destination country. [1, 2]
4. Currency and Exchange Rates
  • Checkout Fees: International prices are calculated dynamically. Product pricing on our storefront includes a 2% currency conversion fee paid by the customer to cover processing across different banking markets.
  • Refund Variations: Exchange rates fluctuate daily. Any requested refunds are processed using the live market exchange rate at the exact time of the refund, not the rate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for differences in payout totals caused by daily currency fluctuations.
5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 4 days for the tracking information to become active via the carrier network
